Bury-based cable and pipe seal manufacturer Roxtec has completed its largest contract to date in the UK offshore oil and gas sector.
Roxtec’s UK managing director Graham O’Hare said the firm is being used on platforms serving one of the UK’s largest oil discoveries in the last 20 years in the central North Sea. He said Roxtec’s extensive experience and expertise in the global offshore sector helped it win work on the massive project.

The offshore sector is vital to Roxtec’s growth targets for this year and this is just one of five major projects we are currently working on in the North Sea. ”
Mr O’Hare said Roxtec’s ability to react to the demands of the project quickly has been important to ensuring key deadlines are met.
