Polaris is attending the Seatrade Middle East trade fair in Dubai this week.
Polaris led by brothers Ben and Sam Pinnington will be promoting the company’s English language PR and marketing services, and its UK and Middle East client base, at the fair.
Ben Pinnington said Polaris is working with an increasing number of Middle East maritime, energy and offshore clients including the region’s biggest shipyard Oman Drydock and Oman Shipping Company the third biggest shipper in the Gulf.
“Our core offering to Middle East firms is helping company’s communicate to a professional standard of journalistic English,” he said. “Writing in English to a professional standard can be a pain if it is not your first language and this is pain we cure. With so much of the global maritime, offshore and energy media, as well as Gulf press, being written in English we can help companies raise their profile substantially. There are around 500 maritime and 500 Middle East magazines and websites written in English and our campaigns can generate more than 200 articles a year. We believe we can offer a highly skilled service, with real impact at a great price.”
Ben said Polaris’ UK clients also require help with PR in the gulf.
“UK companies are missing a big opportunity if they are trading in the Gulf but not harnessing the power of the English written press in the region.”
Polaris will launch a new partnership with Jordan based management consultants Innovation Culture in Amman later this month.
